TO ALL ARTISTS/GROUPS/ACTS SUBMITTING MUSICAL WORKS TO DTR
All
songs submitted for air play on Downunda Thunda Radio must be original
songs and shall not infringe any copyrights or any other rights of any
third parties. Songs may have multiple co-writers, but only one name
should be designated on the Material Release Form(MRF) as the
authorised person to submit the form and musical work on behalf of all
writers of the original work.
Artists/Groups and/or Acts shall, by submitting the MRF and copies of the musical work, indemnify and hold DTR harmless from and against any claims inconsistent with the foregoing. DTR has a policy of playing original music works by the original artists but will consider 'cover versions' under the following condition. If you wish to submit a 'cover version' of another persons work for inclusion on the DTR playlist, the 'cover version' work submitted must be accompanied by an MRF from the original writer/owner/s of the work.
